McDonald's in Soltau

The food is McDonald's because you already know what you're getting, so there are no deductions for that either :) The employees are not as friendly as I would have liked, although that is understandable, but in my opinion good communication with customers is important. The restaurant is not so well signposted, which sometimes contributes to misunderstandings. My paper bag tore and my food was replaced, but I noticed the behavior of the employees harshly. In itself everything is good, only more friendliness would be desirable :)

I often drive there on the way home but regret it almost every time! Either something is chronically forgotten, e.g. Apple pocket billed but not in the bag, wobbly bread and chips. Also had the wrong burgers that were also cold and the staff is also slowing down at the moment. From negative to unfriendly You don't even understand them. (Nothing against our friends from other countries but without knowledge of German it is difficult to serve German customers, I'm sorry) One of the worst mc donalds I've met :( a restaurant shouldn't sell "good food" depending on who is there, but rather as a chain pay attention to the quality!

Fast. Delicious. But mostly the sauces with the nuggets are forgotten

Okay so far ... What I noticed today and the last few times were the very wobbly, cold french fries. Seasoned again at home and chopped in the deep fryer, then it’s all right, but unfortunately it’s not the point. They just lie too long and aren't even finished yet

Sorry, just zero stars. Unfortunately not possible! Every time something is missing. No glass for two menus, all sauces were missing and not even napkins were included.

The man at the front desk seemed very insecure. There is such a small amount of foam coming from the disinfectant dispenser that you could perhaps disinfect half a baby's hand with it. Food was ready very quickly, but not particularly hot anymore. The last remains of the sauce were used for my burger, it was very dry.

Unfortunately the worst Mäcces experience of my life. On Thursdays 3 p.m. you are unfortunately completely overwhelmed by understaffing. Nowhere else have I seen more than 40 minutes of waiting for fast food

You get out of the car and first smell dog food (no idea what it really was) Then you come in and are received in an unfriendly manner Ordering by terminal was great, unfortunately no receipt came after card payment ... obviously paper empty ... Last but not least, the food was exceptionally bad ... sloppy fries and unsightly, almost cold burgers. Fortunately, we live far away and don't have to go back there

The first McDonalds that manages to bring 3 trays of food to our table within 4 minutes and the best thing is, it's all FRESH and HOT! And after leaving the restaurant the table was cleaned immediately. We are thrilled and could have a look at some of the MCDonald's shops. Here you can eat well, even individual seats are separated from the neighboring table by a pane 👌👍👍

Very good operation, very small especially in times of Corona. Staff is nice, food is always ready quickly. Ice machine works often

That was nothing again. My order on the Mc drive was given to the man in front of me, who complained about this, and the rumpled bag was then held in front of my nose. I found it impossible, I don't want to have to eat something that others have already rummaged around in. Then the bag was set aside for about 30 seconds and then held in front of my nose again. A disgusting and in Corona times impossible misconduct by McDonalds. Money was only given back after a long and difficult wait.

They really wanted to force me to use the order machine even though I have never used it. The employee was not able to explain the machine properly, let alone to place special orders. If McD changes to ordering without personnel, I won't eat there anymore.

Not really recommendable! The tables are not disinfected, but wiped dry with one hand and the other holds onto the disinfectant !! The toilets are dirty and built so narrow that when you lift the toilet lid, the garbage can lid also opens! The sink complete with soap hind legs and the employee who was supposed to control it goes out again !! The garbage is piled on the garbage can in the outside area.

Good hygiene concept up to date. An entrance and an exit. Orders are placed through the terminals and the food is brought to the table. Everything clean and tidy.

I haven't seen a McDonald's like this one here in Soltau. It starts with the fact that the employees are already annoyed when you ask if the McFlurry can be stirred, which should be normal. In the last order there were 2 McChicken instead of Double ChilliCheese citizens in the bag and no toys in the HappyMeal. And it's not the first time that something is missing. Vill, the owner of this branch should think about a restructuring.

Rude staff, new staff don't know what the branch offers. Completely overwhelmed by the Corona regulation. Large crowd and few places. Too few clear signs. No hygiene regulations 🧤 Dogs welcome 👍 = +1 star

Staff could look and act a bit more motivated, otherwise.. You get what you expect

Mc donald's its the only place we where and they give us Mask for free as we dont had them

Little was going on today. So we got there immediately. And with the support of our colleague, our operator was able to fulfill all of our meal requests. The McCaffee area is fine. Sometimes, however, it is quite crowded and because there are not so many seats, it is less comfortable. The quality is just McDonalds. You know what you get. I always find McCafee very good.

This McDonald's was surprisingly clean and had great and fast customer service, especially with how busy it was. The food was how you'd expect McDonald's food to be. The parking lot was big and easy to leave/enter. Only downside is that the interior feels crammed.

Sad location, dead end design is depressing. Poor quality speakers send bad music. Staff is rather good. McCafe offers good coffee specialties. Signature burgers are ok.
